I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 16 years of experience working with adolescents and adults in both school and community settings. Throughout my career, I've supported individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, stress, grief, and the lasting effects of abuse and trauma. My background in school and community counseling has also given me extensive experience helping teens, young adults, and families navigate some of life's most challenging seasons.
You'll notice that I like to keep therapy real. I don't believe in overwhelming clients with clinical jargon or making sessions feel scripted. I meet you where you are, and I believe every person and every story is different. Because of that, no two sessions look exactly alike. I strive to create a space where you feel heard and seen without judgment.
I celebrate your progress, support you through tough moments, and gently challenge you when needed because real growth requires honest conversations. My role isn't to tell you how to live your life, but to help you better understand yourself, develop healthier patterns, and equip you with the tools and confidence to become the best version of yourself.
