I provide a customized approach, speak conversational Spanish, and understand the challenges of international relocation.

I provide person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, and EMDR. I have experience working with both adults and children and can help with a broad array of issues such as anxiety, depression, caregiver stress, pregnancy loss, adjustment to change, grief, career counseling, and many others.
