About
I love working with the go-getters and trailblazers of the world! Academic women in STEM, Gifted & Talented individuals, entrepreneurs, people who don't quite fit in with society, misunderstood adolescents- to name a few. I help people to rise above toxic stress, and live more fulfilled lives. My main specialty is healing the effects of toxic stress and anxiety. I use cutting edge tools rooted in brain science that rewire neural connections in the brain to help people no longer be held back by old patterns, negative thoughts, and self-doubt. This approach has long lasting results, and takes less effort to maintain over time.
My main approaches are EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems) which help by rewiring the pathways in the brain so that we can live a more fulfilled and free life. I am grounded in reality while incorporating mindfulness, yoga, and breathing techniques that are scientifically shown to reduce stress and anxiety.
I believe that we can all actively choose to live our life the way we want, by taking risks, disrupting the status quo, and making one choice at a time toward a freer existence. It is so exciting and empowering that we have science backed, evidenced based therapeutic techniques that can provide true relief and healing from past experiences!
