Clients who come to me are looking for answers on why they are using alcohol and/ or drugs. I can’t say I will have an answer for them. I can say I have experience personally and professionally with the disease and I can be the listening ear to help them find the answer within themselves.

The way I try to help clients is by presenting different coping skills they can use, finding what approach works best for them and looking at their history by assessing on the first session, creating a plan on the second and help them find resources to support meeting with me.

Do not suffer in silence. There are many people who feel the same way you do. I aim to find the similarities instead of the differences and help folks find their way back to their path to peace.
