My forte is helping women move from self-abandonment to self-devotion. I work with women who are highly sensitive, empathic, and who typically have a history of trauma. Most often, they have struggled with boundaries, people-pleasing tendencies, and attachment issues within their relationships. In addition, I see patterning around disconnection from the self and identity struggles. I witness the most profound shifts when these women are able to emphasize prioritization of self, maintain a heart-centered approach, discover embodiment, build a container of safety, and develop self-compassion.

I rely on a holistic style to help women navigate these issues by way of somatic approaches to reconnect to the body. We explore spirituality and connection to nature as foundational elements. We also move through emotional components via Jungian shadow work, process relational dynamics, develop boundaries, and build healthy connections.

I appreciate the use of somatic work in the beginning of our journey together. This assists with getting the client back into her body which allows her to further tune in when we begin the process of navigating trauma. I use a person-centered approach which involves lots of empathy and supports the notion that the client is the expert of her own life. Psychodynamics are also prevalent.
