I use a holistic approach in helping women with trauma find healing and empowerment.
I'll help you navigate trauma healing by way of somatic approaches to reconnect you to your body, moving through mental and emotional components via talk therapy, processing relational dynamics, developing boundaries and building healthy connections. If there are spiritual components, we'll spend some time crafting a personalized practice.
