"Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness." -Desmond Tutu When we can hear our complete inner voice, we are able to begin tearing away from shame and move toward hope. Relationships & community are the most important parts of our life. This can include relationship with your spouse/partner, family, friends, spirituality, self, etc. Family and friends are a wonderful resource in order to better our relationships but sometimes we need a different place to talk about who we are, what we are struggling with, and how to make sense of our lives.
My passion is to voyage with individuals, couples, and families during various storms of life. My specialty is working with people of all ages, backgrounds, abilities, orientations, and seasons of life to navigate difficult issues particularly around non-traditional relationships, the intersection of sexuality and spirituality, deconstruction, and identity.
If you choose to allow me on your journey, I strive to tailor treatment that will be the most effective and provide optimal healing. I approach each individual with empathy and compassion in order to collaborate with each of my clients in order to give them a worthwhile experience in therapy.
