Psychotherapy is my “calling” and I incorporate evidence-based practices including CBT, CPT, REBT, trauma-focused cognitive therapy, cognitive-behavioral conjoint psychotherapy, along with reality and exposure therapies. I believe that thoughts that are learned and reinforced through life experiences and can be “unlearned” or changed.
