I am committed to providing trauma-informed and person-centered mental healthcare to folks 14+. I can accept Medicaid/Molina, as well as most private insurance plans, sliding scales and cash pay.
I am a level 1 Internal Family Systems (IFS) trained therapist and work with folks who are looking to heal trauma and attachment woundings. I am also trained in EMDR and I work with people 13+ and especially love working with couples and families. I also offer Safe and Sound listening therapies.
I am passionate about helping clients ages 14+ create peace and harmony in their internal worlds. I work with individuals, couples, and families to address mental health concerns, family dynamics, relationship issues (including non-monogomy), and work-life stress.
