Crystal believes meaningful change happens when mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of life are integrated into the therapeutic process. She is a trained EMDR therapist and practices from a trauma-informed lens. She works with individuals addressing concerns such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, grief, and relational challenges.
