My clients are often thoughtful, self-aware people who have spent years trying to cope, push through, overthink, or care for everyone else first. Others come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or like life has simply become too much to carry alone. Either way, together, we create space to explore the deeper patterns underneath anxiety, self-doubt, and overwhelm while building a more grounded and authentic way of living. I work with adults who want more than symptom management alone — many are longing to feel more connected to themselves, their relationships, and the life they're living.
My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and relational. With genuine curiosity and compassion, I integrate CBT, DBT, EFT, somatic work, mindfulness, and IFS/parts work to support emotional healing, self-understanding, and lasting change. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) preparation and integration support.
