During my time as a therapist I have worked with adults, teens, and their supporting families to find more joy in life. My therapeutic approach is focused on building awareness, being grounded in the here and now, and finding balance in all things to build a life worth living. This is done through the utilization of strategies rooted in CBT, DBT, and EMDR.
I am a firm believer that you know yourself better than anyone else and by using my knowledge in these evidence-based techniques, we can find a unique way to make life worth living again.
