Crystal is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Certified and a Clinical Trauma Professional. She is also a Certified Clinical Supervisor for counselors and interns seeking supervision toward their LAC/LCADC/CADC. Crystal is passionate about a creating a nonjudgmental and comfortable space to be able to treat the whole person. Crystal has 10 years of experience working with individuals who struggle with addiction, trauma, and co-occurring disorders, as well as aiding their families and loved ones through the process.
Throughout individual, couples, and/or family sessions, Crystal strives to provide a safe space for individuals to share their experiences, heal through their traumas, and utilize the self-reflection in order to move forward. Crystal takes a psychodynamic and holistic approach to those clients she works with.
She is trained in trauma informed care, DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and power yoga/meditation, in order to assist individuals in reconnecting to their bodies through holistic approaches. Crystal is passionate about treating those with anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance abuse or other addictions, body image, self-esteem, and grief/loss.
