I believe we all have a deep longing and capacity to be whole and connected to ourselves and others. NeuroScientists have validated this biological need for healthy connections as well as social researchers like Dr Brene Brown who are normalizing this desire in all of us to know and be known. My training goes beyond traditional talk therapy and encompasses Somatic and Neuroscientific practice that enables people to get to the root of their disconnection so that they can feel more alive and connected to themselves. Through the practice of integrating the mind, body, and spirit we become more whole and connected.
I have spent much of my career investing in advanced trainings, as well as healing from my own experiences. I believe we can only take our clients as far as we have been willing to go ourselves. We all experience relational trauma on some level and the healing from these experiences requires a collaborative, attuned, and safe relationship.
I dont believe we are meant to suffer or work through our pain alone. I know first hand that what has been most instrumental in healing for me in my life is having a trusted relationship with a skilled and secure therapist. I honor and respect your courage in taking the steps towards wholeness.
