I offer depth-oriented therapy for individuals and couples navigating relational trauma, intimacy concerns, and patterns of disconnection. My work is grounded in the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) and focuses on building emotional capacity, strengthening sense of self, and supporting more authentic, emotionally and sexually connected relationships.
