Hello, my name is Crystal Dunbar, LMFT. Are you dealing with depression, isolation, anxiety, or relationship issues? Do you need support with social-emotional challenges, racial inequity, colorism, or traumatic events? I can help you navigate these challenges and transitions to identify new passions. My approach involves a range of practices and techniques, including Psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Relational Therapy, Play Therapy, Mindfulness, and Wellness Coaching. These methods aim to help my clients achieve social, emotional, and behavioral changes.
