In my practice, I am dedicated to providing personalized, active therapeutic assessments and interventions tailored to each client's unique strengths and clinical needs. I have extensive experience supporting individuals facing a diverse range of mental health challenges, including depressive disorders, anxiety, mood instability, emotional dysregulation, ADHD, substance use disorders, adjustment difficulties, parenting stressors, suicidal ideation, and anger management. My goal is to collaborate with clients to foster resilience and develop practical strategies for meaningful change.
My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavior, person-centered, motivational interviewing, and guided discovery techniques to meet each individual's needs and goals.
My counseling style is warm and engaging. I want my clients to be as involved as possible in their treatment planning and interventions.
