I am an experienced psychotherapist working collaboratively with clients to find solutions to problems allowing them to move forward and lead a more fulfilling life.
My belief is that each individual is unique and therefore developing a plan and therapy style that works for the individual is essential. Within the first few sessions, a therapy approach and goals will be established and modified, as needed, as goals are met or a client's needs change.
