I work to address anxiety, depression, trauma, body image issues, identity development issues, and life transitions using strategies from ACT, DBT, CBT, and EMDR—tailored to your goals, pace, and lived experience.

SIZE - Body Liberation Support
A safe space for womxn in stereotypically larger bodies who have been harmed by diet culture and anti-fat bias. Using a Health at Every Size lens, we will discuss actionable strategies to stop dieting, embrace the bodies we have and incorporate joyful movement into our routines. We will likely meet bi-weekly or monthly, depending on the preferences of the group. Cost TBD
