We are all doing the best we can and sometimes, we need help. My goal as a therapist is to provide a space where you can safely and confidently explore what has happened, what is going on, and what you want. Awareness is power! Awareness = Choice = Change. I see individuals and folks in relationships. I work with most therapeutic concerns and am particularly passionate about assisting those whose issues and existence are often excluded from the dominant narrative, particularly Black women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and those in Interracial/Intercultural and/or Polyamorous/CNM relationships
Relationship work focuses on navigating the expression of unspoken and unmet needs & mitigating anxiety within the unit by prioritizing self-integration, creating shared meaning and relationship culture, framing differences, and boundaries.
With individuals, we'll aim to embrace self-development and strengthen self-esteem, combat anxiety, navigate life transitions, confront minority stress, dismantle generational impact, and establish healthy boundaries. If you think we may be a good fit, please head over to my website and book a free 15-30-minute consultation!
