Welcome! In today's fast-paced world, high expectations can quietly turn into anxiety, burnout, or feeling disconnected from your body and yourself. At Ellie Mental Health, I provide therapy for adolescents, parents, and adult women navigating anxiety, burnout, body image concerns, and major life transitions. My work often supports young people in high-pressure environments such as dance, cheer, gymnastics, sports, and academically demanding settings, as well as parents who feel overwhelmed trying to support their child.

I support adolescents & young adults experiencing performance anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, body image concerns, & emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients feel pressure to perform, compare themselves to others, or fear letting people down. Therapy focuses on building emotion regulation, confidence, resilience, & healthy motivation without shame.

I also help parents who feel unsure how to support their struggling child, as well as adults navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, emotional eating, & body-related transitions such as bariatric surgery or GLP-1 medications. Sessions are compassionate & collaborative, focusing on emotional regulation, self-trust, & practical tools that support lasting change.
