I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 16 years of experience empowering, educating & supporting women, children & families. I work primarily with women & girls who have experienced significant trauma or who are struggling with symptoms of depression and anxiety. I work best with clients who are committed to the healing process & comfortable with telehealth. I specialize in pediatrics, integrated health, perinatal health/ women's health, body positivity & self-esteem. I especially enjoy working with frontline healthcare providers including doctors, nurses & other helping professionals (other therapists).
I am a very caring, empathetic person. I pride myself on my ability to quickly establish rapport with my clients. I utilize a strengths-based, humanistic approach to therapy. I specialize in feminist theory. I use a wide variety of therapeutic approaches & interventions that would best be described as "eclectic."

I will provide information/education and coping skills and we will discuss future needs based on the severity of your symptoms. Most patients are initially seen weekly (transitioning to every other week) and should see a gradual lifting of symptoms within one to two months.
