I work with individuals, couples, and families who are looking to renewed sense of self. I work with clients on a wide range of things such as; victims/survivors of abuse, child welfare and custody issues including abuse and neglect, trauma victims/survivors, domestic violence, coping and managing mental health issues, anxiety, and depression, couples looking to regain their connection or intimacy issues, coping with divorce, and families looking to create a cohesive living environment.
I utilize a variety of techniques, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavior Therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, EMDR, somatic therapy, talk therapy, stress reduction, behavioral activation, guided self-help, and mood management.
I want to bring a renewed energy to my clients. My approach is to be interactive, inviting, and judgment free. My job is to provide my clients with the ability to make peace with their thoughts and find the quickest relief possible. I offer immediate feedback, exercises to focus on between sessions, and tools to learn coping skills.
