About
If you're reading this, SOMETHING is not working in your life. Therapy can help! We-you and I-- work to help you identify the motivations, feelings and behaviors that might be undermining your efforts to have a satisfying life. Your past can offer context/insight for the present, but we will mainly focus on the "now" with an eye towards the future. I use psycho-dynamic, CBT and the Couple's Developmental Model to help individuals and couples develop more agency and self-awareness to bring about the changes that they want in their lives.
I work with individuals 18+ I am also a certified couples therapist trained in the Couple's Developmental Model method. My job is to help couples and individuals understand why they do what they do & help them develop better options so they can lead more fulfilling lives and have better relationships. Therapy works! Call me! Let's talk!
It is important that you feel comfortable with me. It is also important that I be able to decide if I can meet your counseling needs. Interested? Please call or email me to set up the conversation. I'm willing to help in anyway that I can.
