I'm a 36 year old queer, non-binary, late diagnosed Autistic person committed to social justice and empowering individuals in at-risk communities as they continue on their healing journey.
I'm passionate about working with diverse queer and gender identities, Autistic people, and estranged adult children. I have experience supporting individuals struggling with grief, attachment, OCD, CPTSD, political trauma, narcissistic abuse, anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation. My work centers around helping clients build self-awareness so they can heal, grow, set meaningful goals, and move toward self-actualization.
To guide my work I rely on therapeutic modalities that uplift the strengths and instrinsic worth of clients to curate the life they want and that would provide the maximum level of fullfillment.
When you're struggling, getting help can often feel overwhelming and daunting. You're not alone and I'm here to help. Reach out to me for a consultation to see if we're a good fit and in alignment to work together.
