I love messy people and the resilience they embody in bringing their tender and brave stories to counseling. I am passionate about collaborating with people who are working to heal from past trauma or have complicated relationships with their bodies, food, and sex. Using evidence-based clinical practices and, when requested, faith integration, I support clients in the skill-building and inner work needed to propel them towards positive change and flourishing.
I am trained in providing trauma-informed counseling to individuals, couples and families including EMDR and internal family systems. I am currently a CSAT Candidate, actively training as a certified sex addiction therapist.
