I am passionate about collaborating with people who are working to heal from past trauma or have complicated relationships with their bodies, food, and sex. Using evidence-based clinical practices and, when requested, faith integration, I support clients in the skill-building and inner work needed to propel them towards positive change and flourishing.

I am trained in providing trauma-informed counseling to individuals, couples and families including EMDR and internal family systems. Additionally, I am currently training as a certified sex addiction therapist.
My goal is to forge an authentic and honest partnership that provides you with the support needed to pursue a deeper understanding of yourself while seeking to restore behavioral and relational health and overall wellness. I use an integrative, holistic approach tailored to the needs of the individual and rooted in evidence-based best practices.
