I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) based in Yulee, Florida. I provide Telehealth services for clients all over the state. I work with adolescents and adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and stress, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Person-Centered Approach.
I tend to use a multimodal approach, trying to find the right fit based on the individual client's needs. One of my favorite modalities to use is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, because, although it sounds cliche, if we can change our minds, we can change our lives.
I strive to meet each client where they are in life. Being a human is tough, and many changes and challenges come along with it.
