I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, and various life challenges. My journey in helping others began at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and engaged in community volunteer efforts that sparked my passion for mental health.
