At my core, I believe in liberation- on a collective and individual level; freedom from all systems of oppression, and freedom from the ghosts of trauma that haunt us.
My clients are often those who have been told they are "too much," feel like the black sheep, or are leaders, creatives, or generational curse breakers. The bulk of my clients are neurodivergent people of color, highly sensitive, or live somewhere on the spectrum.
I believe deeply in the magical, alchemical nature of therapy. As a Black woman at the intersections of neurodivergence, chronic illness, queerness, and motherhood, I know the importance of being seen holistically. We will work together to reach your goals, in a way that resonates with you. You deserve to be free and whole.
I am not here to pathologize you but rather help identify the patterns and behaviors you developed to help you survive, that may no longer be serving you. Therapy is the process of making and un-making ourselves. I'd be honored to walk the path with you.
