I am bilingual in English and Spanish and provide a culturally sensitive environment. I work with a diverse population, offering services to adults, teen, children, couples and families.
I specialize working with working anxiety/depression, PTSD, women’s issues, parenting and family conflict.
I have experience working in a variety of therapy styles including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution focused therapy, mindfulness therapy, and psycho-dynamic approach and treatment. I base therapy models on the individual and unique needs of every client.
