I provide acceptance and support for all clients. My hope is that you feel safe and heard during sessions by providing support based on your individual needs. My goal with clients is to help them develop better self understanding and deepen relationships with the people they care about. I also hope to help my clients recognize and set goals that work toward a future of happiness and harmony.
I work with children ages 7 and up, young adults, and adults. My specialties are in trauma, adhd, asd, academic issues, parent coaching and family therapy.
Each person has their own unique experience in life. Some life experiences can weigh us down, leaving us feeling alone. Childhood experiences often get in the way of who we would like to be in our families, careers, and recreational activities. As your therapist, I will walk along with you and support you as you work through challenges.
