I’m trained in evidence-based techniques to address anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach is collaborative and grounded in creating safety, so that real change can happen at your own pace. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. Whether this is your first time, or you've had therapy before, you are welcome.
Therapy does not have to be an experience that you are forced along. Each person's life experience is unique. My goal is to provide compassionate and non-judgmental therapy and I enjoy working with college students, young professionals, transgender and non gender conforming clients, people with chronic illness along with the queer, kink and poly communities.
