I've been a therapist for 24 years and have had a thriving private practice in my community for the last 14 years. The majority of my clientele has come from word of mouth recommendations. I have been a clinical director in a large agency setting, training and supervising a staff of therapists. I was a field instructor for Bachelor's and Master's degree students for the University of Michigan and Eastern Michigan University. I strive to provide accessible counseling that helps you achieve greater happiness and fulfill your potential in your goals and relationships.

I treat individuals, couples, and families. Areas of practice include anxiety/phobias; depression; relationship counseling including premarital, marital, and divorce; trauma and grief including PTSD, sexual abuse and assault; chronic mental illness including schizophrenia and bipolar; substance abuse including court ordered counseling and driver's evaluations. Coaching for goal achievement.

Affordable for most clients including those without insurance. Years ago I streamlined my practice to reduce overhead so I can pass on savings to my clients. I have a sliding fee scale based on household income. Flexible hours by appointment, 7 days a week, 9 am to 8 pm.
