Kristen has a passion for inspiring others to healthy living and relationships. Her hope is to take her experience with adults, families, youth, and children and her heart for people in serving roles such as marriage, parenting, and leadership and help them to connect with God, each other, and self. Kristen believes that when that hurt happens, we need people to come alongside us. By getting to the root of the issues, Kristen trusts God to lead in the process to help a person move towards hope, growth, and healing, finding the freedom that Jesus intends.
Kristen has a passion for inspiring others to healthy living and relationships using the discipline of psychotherapy and the best empirically based practices, such as EFT, the Gottman Method, Prepare/Enrich, Mindfulness and Christian Meditation, Trauma-informed therapy, and the Townsend Competence and Character Model.
Kristen considers navigating life with others sacred ground. Her personal life mission is to love others by creating a refuge where wholeness and abundant life can grow and flourish through healthy relationships with God, others, and self.
