Healing and Hope
Healing and hope is a group for women struggling with separation or divorce. Together, we will navigate and learn how to cope with the challenges and complexities you may be facing. These include coping with anxieties and fears, such as fears of starting over, and being a single parent. We will talk about how to cope with the feelings of sadness and grief of the losses, not only of your relationship, but perhaps friends or extended family. And you will learn how to cope with feelings of rejection and anger and lack of control over a huge change in life.
