My approach is primarily systemic cognitive-behavioral and emotionally focused. In my treatment I assist clients to understand how distorted perceptions and thoughts contribute to painful feelings. Promoting the development of self-control by teaching client's specific techniques to identify and challenge distorted thinking.
Our goal is to assist you to further uncover your true personal potential and identity and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past or present, we can work together as a team, to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.
