Our work goes beyond traditional talk therapy through Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Nature-Based Therapy, and Walk-and-Talk Therapy. Our mission is to provide hope, healing, and opportunities for emotional growth to people of all ages through relationship with horses, nature, and our professional treatment team.
Sessions integrate elements of attachment, somatic, and relational therapies, creating an experiential process that supports healing in both mind and body. Whether working alongside horses, walking through nature, or engaging in therapy outdoors, clients often find that new insight and growth come more naturally in these settings.
