New Year, New Time to refresh yourself and your goals. I can support you or your older adolescent to live a happier, healthier life. Some of the many issues I've helped my clients with include: trouble focusing, feeling anxious, depressed, lethargic, overwhelmed, indecisive, chronic procrastination, issues with relationships, insomnia, ruminating/overthinking. Do you want to quit smoking or drinking? Exercise more? Would you like to fulfill more of your goals and dreams? Live a more creative and/or adventurous way? I can help you identify where you want to go.
But how do you get there? My holistic approach includes helping you redirect your thinking. In some sessions we may simply talk about whatever is on your mind. And, if you want to, we may also unpack your past, in ways that will help you un-hinge from it. I work at the pace you are comfortable with. I enjoy offering tools that fit your needs and values.
I am also certified in Nutritional Approaches to Mental Health. Using well established assessment tools I can determine your unique needs and a nutritional protocol to address them. I'll help you process any issues you have with focus, excess stress, sobriety maintenance. I also offer coaching and emotional support for creatives, activists and entrepreneurs.
