I utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions including EMDR, IFS (Internal Family Systems), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). I also work with clients who have ongoing medical conditions that cause emotional distress and I provide Christian Counseling upon request.
