I offer a nonjudgmental and compassionate space for my clients to explore their emotions and beliefs, and I work collaboratively with them to guide them through the healing process. Through EMDR therapy, we can work together to desensitize and reprocess traumatic memories, allowing for adaptive resolution and growth. I also incorporate other therapeutic modalities as needed to support my clients in their healing journey. It is my belief that everyone has the capacity to heal and overcome the impact of trauma, and I am dedicated to supporting my clients in reaching their full potential.
My approach is solution-focused and strengths-based approach, and I offer advanced modalities such as EMDR that improve efficiency in trauma recovery.
