As women in the world we are faced with unique challenges and experiences throughout our lives. My passion and expertise is in working alongside women to help them towards improved self-awareness, more satisfying interpersonal relationships, and relief from emotional pain.

An additional passion area and focus of my practice is addressing the emotional needs of young children and their parents. Promoting self confidence, an increased capacity for emotion regulation, and increased feelings of security and ease are primary goals of therapy.

My treatment philosophy is founded on an attitude of genuine acceptance and empathy. I believe that people are resilient and that satisfying relationships are critical to psychological fulfillment. My experience and education uniquely qualifies me to draw from a wide range of theoretical perspectives and implement the treatment techniques that work best for each client.
