I’m a psychologist who provides therapy to distressed women and couples. My individual counseling can help if you’re struggling with depression (including postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety), a recent loss such as a miscarriage, infertility, and other pregnancy-related concerns. I also help women who are unhappy with their relationships and are having difficulties balancing their profession, and their family life.
As a therapist, I use a research proven methods of therapy. The method I use for couples called, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) is effective with 70-75% of couples. If you want to feel happier, calmer, and have a loving relationship, you can see me in Houston or the Woodlands
