As both an experienced therapist and a parent of an autistic young adult, I understand how autism, anxiety or ADHD impacts you and your family.
I work with individual adults and parents who experience communication and interaction differences. I use a trauma informed, integrated approach of cognitive behavioral, Adlerian, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and coaching strategies. I will work with you to decrease anxiety, improve coping, enhance communication and improve your relationships.
Together we will find the approach to therapy that works best for you while utilizing autism specific tools and techniques to make processing everyday challenges easier.
