I work with clients to focus on what has worked in the past and emphasize the strengths and unique qualities they possess. I strive to help build skills that clients can use to lower stress, anxiety, depression, and self-loathing. I have counseled adults of all ages, teens and preteens, disabled teens, adults, and vets, and families and couples going through difficult life cycle transitions.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist but I see most clients individually. I help normalize and validate the struggles and hardships my clients are traversing. Though I have counseled specific groups at different times, I now have increased abilities to meet clients where they are and with the help they can accept and use.

I am chiefly concerned with providing you the right care for your unique needs. If I'm not the right therapist, or the right "fit", I will endeavor to help you find the right one.
