The clients that I work with have a wide varieties of things that they would like to improve in their lives. I work with children 8+, adolescents, teens, adults, and families to help them live more peaceful lives. My goals is to help my clients better manage whatever is keeping them from having a calm and content existence.
I help clients explore their history, their self worth, their options, and assist them with learning how to manage their feelings to improve their every day lives. I use an integrative style of therapy that is client centered, strengths focused, and trauma formed and blends mindfulness, CBT, and psychodynamic concepts in the work that I do with others.
