I am licensed in California with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients ages 0-65 years old with parenting issues, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & career difficulties. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I've enjoyed working with children, adolescence ages 0-19. Also, older adults who are struggling with life choices, past experiences and family dynamics. I am comfortable to treat individuals with ADHD, anxiety, depression and anger management.

I wanted to help other understand what is going on and learn about oneself and learn coping skills to get through hardships/situations. I wanted to advocate for others to prevent severe mental illness.
As a minority, mental health is not talked about, and I wanted to help families understand mental health is very important. I want to share my knowledge with other families. Direct and understanding what the clients are willing to get out of services.
