I am a marriage and family therapist with about nine years of experience in providing guidance and support to children, adolescents, their families, young adults, and victims of domestic violence. I also help navigate parental and family dynamic challenges through both individual and family sessions.
I am most passionate about helping my clients feel heard, valued, and understood. I help clients develop the skills and tools to help improve their mental health status and self worth, promote resiliency, and foster internal validation by using cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and more.
Most importantly, I believe in a collaborative approach to the therapeutic relationship and look forward to helping individuals and families navigate the challenges of life.
