I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. I am passionate about supporting women through life transitions, including motherhood and hormonal changes. Many clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and are seeking clarity and balance. I also support couples with communication issues, conflict, and rebuilding trust. I have completed Levels 1, 2, and 3 Practicum Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I offer therapy services in both English and Spanish.
