When we arrive in the therapy room, whether it is in person or virtual, I bring a warm, collaborative and relatable approach to meet you where you are at.
I have over a decade of experience of supporting teens and young adults through life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma and challenging relationships. I am an EMDR Trained Clinician and can offer this valuable service to ease trauma and anxiety. I also am trained in expressive arts therapy to support creative ways to express and process feelings.
I believe in the enduring capacity for all people to grow, no matter the obstacles at hand. Each challenge can become a lesson, teaching us how to navigate the experiences that are yet to come. I look forward to working with you and your family as we chart these waters together.
