About
Life is difficult at times and we have all found ourselves in situations that are overwhelming. With more than 35+ years experience as a Clinical Psychologist, my goal is to help you use your inner strengths and resources to overcome your difficulties, to find new strategies to deal with challenges, and enable you to gain a more positive perspective on your life.
I provide an accepting, open environment to foster a therapeutic relationship where we can work together. I offer individual and couples counseling for issues including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, past traumatic experiences, obsessive thinking, anger, health concerns, self-esteem.
My approach is holistic and eclectic, using treatment techniques from cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness, relationship and psychodynamic therapy. My 35+ years of clinical experience includes working with individuals from all walks of life who face a wide variety of challenges.
