Groups
Mindfluness Group Adult ADHD
This 8-week group uses the MAPs Method, a structured and research-based mindfulness approach created for the ADHD brain. Each session offers short guided practices, breathing exercises, and simple awareness skills to support focus, emotional regulation, and calming the nervous system. Even if you’re new to mindfulness—or doubt it will work—give it a try. The MAPs Method is highly researched and adapted for ADHD. You’ll learn to pause before reacting, reduce stress, and develop brief, doable daily habits while connecting with a supportive group of adults who understand your experiences.

Living with ADHD (Adult Support Group)
This group is for adults with ADHD who want to connect with others who understand what they are going through and share similar challenges. Many people with ADHD feel alone in struggles like follow-through, overwhelm, emotional ups and downs, or self-criticism. This is a supportive, non-judgmental space to talk openly and feel understood. Each session includes a brief check-in and open discussion. The focus is on connection, shared experience, and support. Ideal if you want to feel less alone and be supported by others navigating ADHD in daily life.
