I work with clients dealing with anxiety or depression rooted in OCD, life transitions, challenging family dynamics, work/life imbalance, coping with neurodivergence in a neurotypical world, and dating/relationship stressors. Together we will dedicate time and space to addressing the challenges you’re facing, and look at how they affect your ability to live the life you want to live. I have worked with adults of all ages - college students to seniors - and enjoy working with people throughout the lifespan.
These are challenging and scary times for many. It is important for me to note that I am LGBTQIA+ allied.
I love helping my clients identify the strategies that work for them, so you can see tangible differences in your mental health and quality of life. I use a number of different techniques, including cognitive and somatic (body-based), tailoring them to each individual client. For treating OCD, I am trained in Inference-based CBT and ERP.
